Play areas
There is one play area in the departures concourse at Birmingham International Airport.
The unsupervised play area is a good way to spend some pre-flight time but parents and guardians are solely responsible for their children whilst in the play area. These are suitable for children between age two and six years old.
Baby and child essentials
Keep the children entertained by visiting the newsagent that’s within the airport selling books, comics, magazines and puzzles to keep children entertained.
Dining for kids
The airport’s baby changing facilities are on the departures concourse between Burger King and the Children’s play area.
There are further baby changing facilities available throughout the terminal – you can find facilities between gates 10-14, in the arrivals hall on the ground floor, at the top of the moving walkway and in the international departure lounge.
